Welcome to LAHA's
There are three easy steps to register for the
2020 - 2021 Hockey Season.
Registration provides you with a USA Hockey Registration Confirmation Number, which you must have to continue.
Registration is required of all skaters, all coaches and all on-ice officials (referees).
Please note: players of age 6 and under must register with USAH, but there is no cost. You still need the confirmation number to continue with Step 2 below.
USA Hockey online registration accepts major credit cards. Registration ensures all participants are automatically enrolled in USAH's insurance program among other benefits.
Step 2. Click on "Begin Registration" beneath the appropriate program below.
Registration for new members is now open.
Enter an email address where a password can be emailed. Once you receive that password you can continue.
The very first participant information screen is for an ADULT.
Once the ADULT information is submitted you will be given the option to add another ADULT and then the option to add a CHILD.
After you've added a CHILD, you'll be taken to the next screen to actually register for the program.
Finally, you'll be given options to register another player or to pay.
Enter your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, follow the directions on that page and it will be emailed to you. Once you receive that password you can continue to the participant information page. Please review this page and make any edits necessary. Then you'll be taken to the next screen to actually register for the program. Finally, you'll be given options to register another CHILD or to pay.
In order to register two different players in two different programs you'll need to exit the registration program all the way back to this page so you can select the next program.
Step 3. Purchase your Hockey Season Pass from the County.
Sorry but you can't do that on our website, you'll have to purchase your pass at the rink. Players will not be permitted to skate without first obtaining a Hockey Season Pass from the rink.
1. Rent gear, as needed by appointment only. Contact Kane Fisher at email@example.com until the sequester is reduced by the state.
Attend one of the gear rental sessions--arrangements currently being made with the County to schedule these. Please complete the online registration BEFORE attending the gear rental session.
2. Purchase accessories, as needed. LAHA will sells hockey socks, wood sticks, stick tape, mouthguards and stick wax at all gear rental sessions. These items will also be available during practice sessions, while quantities last. Socks are of the standard LAHA colors. Mouthguards are required for all skaters that participate in PeeWees and higher divisions (generally, 11 years of age and older). Accessories you may need that are not sold or rented by LAHA include skates, thermals, garter belts, and athletic supporter & cup/pelvic protector. Also sold at gear rental sessions and via the online store is LAHA spirit wear.
3. Apply for a LAHA Scholarship, as needed. Go to the Scholarship page for application information.
4. Become a LAHA coach, and make a positive difference for the players. Like the players, coaches come and go from our association, so please consider volunteering your time for the kids.
